This drive would not work on my HP Envy 360 with Windows 10 Pro no matter what I did. A light came on in the drive and I could hear the CD spinning, so there was power, but then it stopped until I took the CD out and put it back in. The computer never saw the disc. I've spent too much time trying to at least let my computer recognize it. If I can't find a quick and reliable solution, this drive will go back to Revain. Very disappointed. Looks great, just doesn't work.

I bought this unit to add a second CD/DVD drive to my computer. In my opinion this device is worth the money and much easier to install than those that need to be installed in a PC. I tried three DVD players before I found one that worked! If you have an "ultra thin" laptop, it may need to be plugged in to run this external drive. This also works with Windows 10. Tech support was lightning fast when I couldn't get them to connect and play on my laptop. They reacted immediately, even though it's already evening here (probably overseas support). I used it to watch DVD movies because my laptop doesn't have a floppy disk drive. It's ready to use, all you have to do is connect it to your computer. Very nice, modern look.
