I received my string and it worked fine on delivery. After hanging it, still good. After tying up slack with cable ties, no good - only the first two lights after the controller functioned. I had been very gentle with it. A little troubleshooting with my multimeter found that there was a physical break in the cable on the ground conductor between lights 2 and 3. I'm guessing there was a poor connection in the potted boot at one of the junctions that became completely disconnected with a small amount of tension. Pretty much the last thing I would have guessed could break. I wasn't thrilled.I reached out to the vendor and quickly received an email from Chris in just a few hours late on a Sunday. After a quick exchange, Chris almost immediately shipped a whole new string of lights to me. It arrived the following Thursday from Kentucky (can't remember for sure, but out east somewhere) and I was up and running in no time at all. The lights look pretty sweet and function as advertised. I would have much rather not hung the lights twice, but now I have a ton of spare parts to support my installation as a consolation prize.Sometimes things just don't work, but good customer support makes all the difference.
