The lights are just what I needed, could be a little brighter but works well for me. Hung them up framing a bedroom ceiling for "mood” lighting and looks awesome. The remote is where it all falls apart unfortunately. It’s incredibly flimsy and cheaply made. The buttons work maybe 25%50% of the time and the colors are wrong on some of the buttons (red button makes lights white/white button make lights red, blue is green, green is blue etc…) if the remote was better, I’d buy a few more sets.

These lights were better than expected. I do wish I would have read the reviews more thoroughly because I thought the lights could be set to multiple colors on each bulb rather than the entire strand at a time but still would buy them over again! In fact I tried to buy them again and within a week the price went up by $6. They are super durable and bright. So easy to connect two strings together too so they can work off the same remote.

For the price, these lights should have much better options for colors and lighting patterns. But they're pretty restricted and disappointing. And the colors are sort of weird and limited. Also, the entire string can only be one color at a time, so the pictures on the listing are kind of deceptive. You can't have multiple colors at the same time.

I had loved these cafe RGB lights that you could have two colors on at a time, these were 1 color only all bulbs the same color. other than that they are fine.

We love how the lights make our deck look cozy. We did have a problem with the remote but their team addressed it within a day and sent us a new one. All was resolved in a week. Very impressed.

The plastic bulbs work well in windy and snowing conditions without breaking, bright, provide good color, program remote system is nice and flexible, lights up the patio nicely, and blends well with Christmas lights

These are definitely worth the extra money, compared to the lights that are strictly white. It would be cool if you could do multiple colors, like a rainbow option which the picture kind of hints at. Either way I love these lights.

I was trying to give these a chance. They are great when they work. Two sets later and both stopped working after a couple weeks of being put up. These are not cheap. Do yourself a favor and try another brand.

Worked fine from May to July. Control module crapped out. Save your. Bulbs can’t be used in other led string lights. They look heavy duty. I live in an apartment and I was looking for a way to have lights I could hang around my patio that would work for every season. Now, these have a lot less color options than the much more expensive sets, but I decided that based on the price difference ($100+ more for the fancier set) these would work great. They really do. I received my string and it worked fine on delivery. After hanging it, still good. After tying up slack with cable ties, no good - only the first two lights after the controller functioned. I had been very gentle with it. A little troubleshooting with my multimeter found that there was a physical break in the cable on the ground conductor between lights 2 and 3. The lights are good. I read reviews where people mention that they didn't last for long time. I've only have them for 15 days, the remote it's good, lights are not too bright, but the are ok, it does the job. The quality of the cable it's not what I wish. I bought 3 years ago same kind of lights from honeywell and they are still working, bright and amazing. So I'll come back in 3 months and let you know if this one are still working. Lights do not work after very few hours of operation. These are a replacement for the original set that quit after a short time. The supplier did respond quickly to the original issue. I would like to contact the supplier but there doesn't seem to be way once the warranty is expired. UPDATE: Was able to contact supplier through Revain messaging. I got a reply almost immediately. Out of the box one of the bulbs wouldn’t work unless I smacked it. I changed it with the extras provided and that one worked. I took off a star since there was a defect right out of the box. Otherwise I like the color changing capabilities. I do wish that I could choose a few colors for it to cycle through instead of the only option being all. I love these lights. They are solid and can take some extreme temps, too. A Cold blast storm here low was 6 degrees and our summer highs are 100 plus. Be sure and be easy with the remote because it’s delicate and not like your TV remote. TROUBLESHOOT when they don’t come on by checking the male female connections carefully. If they don’t come on try rejoining those and tighten carefully. More than likely not this will work. These are definitely worth buying.

I really liked these lights - while they worked. After 6 months I’ve tried every troubleshooting option I can and they just won’t turn on. I spent hours lining them up and securing them with zip ties. Replacing is going to be effort.
