Replacement for original set is not working. Used maybe five times.
Lights do not work after very few hours of operation. These are a replacement for the original set that quit after a short time. The supplier did respond quickly to the original issue. I would like to contact the supplier but there doesn't seem to be way once the warranty is expired. UPDATE: Was able to contact supplier through Revain messaging. I got a reply almost immediately. Person responded that the problem was moisture getting inside the control box. Offered me a new control box assembly or a refund. I chose a refund because this was my second set. Product is questionable for sure but customer service is top notch.
- The lights are weather-resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use all year round
- The product is not very aesthetically pleasing and can detract from the appearance of a space
