I continue my acquaintance with the Revain and products in the "Electronics" section. I dug through the filters and came across a JBL Clip 4 (I have it in classic black). This is a portable waterproof speaker with a clip, you can conveniently attach it anywhere, including on the shower stand, as it works calmly even under running water.
I will tell you more about my impressions.
I have 2 generations of these speakers -JBL Go 3 and JBL Clip 4. JBL products generally suit me in terms of price/quality ratio, so I often give them preference.
What left positive impressions:
- JBL Clip 4 keeps the Bluetooth connection stable, in general, the signal works through the closed bathroom door from the far corner of the room absolutely without problems.
- The clip allows you to conveniently attach the speakers somewhere and not hold it in your hands.
- The battery lasts 2 times longer than on the JBL Go 3 - it works for the stated 10 hours (maybe, of course, this is due to the fact that it is still new).
- Excellent sound quality, good bass, volume, deep sound.
- Good quality, nice to hold in your hands (although if you hold the turned-on speaker in your hands for more than 10-15 minutes, then unpleasant sensations appear in your fingers from the bass)
- Average price
- Small size, convenient to take with you
- Type-C
- Rubberized back of the speaker - if you put it on the table, no matter how strong the bass is, it will stay in place.
What I didn't like:
- There is no button to switch back and forth between tracks. You can jump only to the next track, otherwise you have to look for a phone and do everything through it.
- Sensitive power button. The button on the case bulges and is triggered by any touch, you have to attach the speaker so that the button does not touch anything.
- There is no microphone in the model, you will not be able to answer the call, you will have to go for the phone.
- When it lies on the surface, the passive speaker is on the bottom, unlike the JBL Go 3. In the Go 3, they are located next to another device. Therefore, it is better to attach it somewhere.
In conclusion, I can say that the disadvantages are not critical. For such a price, I am quite satisfied with its quality, let's see how it behaves in the future. If your budget allows then I recommend buying this model. I chose black at the time, but it has many colors, you can choose an option to your taste.
