I have found a set that suits me with Tineco! But no, I don't just use it. For me, for basic floor maintenance, my combo is a Dyson V8 for everyday vacuuming, Tineco for mopping, and a Shark steam mop for shine! I have two dogs, a cat and a man who is in and out of the garage all day. That means a lot of dirt and pet hair. Unfortunately it can't do everything for me, but it makes my back cleansing routine a lot easier and I find it easy to do on a regular basis. Here are some general tips: 1. If you haven't vacuumed in a long time and have pets, just do a quick vacuum first. The filter quickly becomes clogged with pet hair if there is a lot of it on the floor. Cat hair clogs up worse than dog hair. I prefer this mode for washing floors. It uses more water and also drains the battery faster, but also leaves a cleaner floor. So I usually do a few passes with water in spot mode, then a few passes without water in normal mode to finish the water soaking.3. This leaves the floors a little streaky but I found a quick pass with my Shark steam mop makes the floor look so shiny. It's amazing, honestly. I hated this damn thing as a regular mop (change pads, scrub with pressure) but it really ✨shines✨ like a finishing touch and helps in corners. I know tineco works too because the mopping pads are pretty clean even after cleaning the whole room. The vacuum function works great on extra low pile carpets. I have a firm carpet and the Dyson practically sucks the carpet out of the pillow (seriously the only way I can pull it back is if I push it forward the brush stops lol). But it glides over it really well and picks up a lot.5. It's terrible in corners and baseboards, not a big problem for me as I use a steam cleaner that can get into corners.6. I found it pretty easy and quick to clean! I love that I can put the wet roll on the stand and replace the dry one so it's ready for next time.7. The cleaning solution smells really good and you only need a full capful.8. The self-cleaning mode is cool. Overall, it has good cleaning ability, but it's not a magic bullet that will do everything for you. For me this has allowed me to mop more often without breaking my back and I can work with it every few days between daily cleanings which I would never do with a regular mop. I used to be afraid of floor mopping, now I find it weird.
