Kettle is good if disappointing

The good news is that water doesn't leak everywhere so I had to replace my Le Creuset whistling kettle (have had it for years). ). I used to have Turkish kettle teapots and really liked them. This one is good, albeit disappointing. The edges on top are so sharp I'm afraid of cutting myself while cleaning. Top cover handle gets hot. The bottom pan handle gets a little warm and the handles are awkward to lift. Beautiful, just like on my stove.
