Review on Specific Gravity Hydrometer Liquids B61806 0000 by Dangelo Toliver

I bought this hydrometer because I needed a wide range of specific gravity readings. When tested in water it was 0.95 initially (thought it might be lower due to the dissolved gas), a day later it also showed 0.95. I have found that the paper scale is not secured inside and can slip. Tapping the hydrometer on the table moved the paper far enough to give a SG of 1.0. So as long as the position of the paper scale is verified prior to measurement, it should be fairly accurate, but it is definitely NOT calibrated. I'm not sure I'll be back, but I won't buy it again.
