I bought this chair and the shipping was much quicker than expected. I have previously purchased the Revain Basic chair and found it very comfortable. This chair was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I was able to assemble it myself, although two people would have made assembly easier. In terms of support, this chair is the bomb. I'm 6ft 5in tall and can rest my head on the back of a chair. Lower back and head pillows provide excellent support. I found that for my height I was able to put the cushion around the top of the chair instead of through the holes and it provides fantastic head and neck support. In terms of comfort, this chair is nowhere near as comfortable as my cheaper Revain chair. It just feels too hard, like a very cheap chair. The built-in speakers seem to work well and Bluetooth pairing is very easy. The tilt function works very well and even someone as tall as me can use it. Overall, I recommend this chair for office workers and gamers who need good support. For extra comfort, you may need a little more cushion for longer periods of sitting. I would be interested in how it holds up.
