The system is easy to use once you've mastered it - I was able to set up my first event in about 10 minutes. It's intuitive and there were plenty of tutorials available for me when I needed them. It has been very helpful collecting guest feedback after our events (through surveys) so that we can improve future programs. There isn't much out there like this one, but if you're looking for an effective solution then this might be right for your needs. We have used this software at many different types of functions from trade shows to weddings. Guests love being able to fill out their own surveys - it helps us understand what they loved most as well as where we need to make improvements.
