Unfortunately I couldn't stand this product but the company offers 5 star customer service. Here are the details. (Ordered chocolate flavored.) Pros: - Item arrived quickly and appears to be good value for money. - This seller's customer service and risk-free guarantee is amazing. Cons: - Unless you're into VERY sweet foods, this can be overwhelming. To you. I'm the kind of person who would eat the cake but scrape off the frosting. This drink was so sweet that I had to stop after about half a serving. (also good) - If you're lactose intolerant, not just sensitive, you can still get some of the effects of lactose, just like me. - This is the first time I've eaten something sweetened with stevia. I didn't like that it had an aftertaste similar to artificial sweeteners. Apparently, some people can also have quite strong reactions to stevia. I fall into that category and after trying a cocktail my head burst. Because of this, I spent most of the day in bed and only ate HALF the portion. However, I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. They were quick to respond to emails and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They offered a refund, another product from them or another product and a refund if I didn't like it. This is a wonderful company. Unfortunately I had to opt for the return option due to my dietary needs. They immediately issued a Revain refund.
