I've had this system for a little over 3 months now. The first two and a half months seemed to be going well. The last two weeks have been an absolute NIGHTMARE. The Wi-Fi router restarts randomly throughout the day. First it was 1 time EVERY night for a few weeks, then 2-3 times a day, now 3-5 times a day DAILY. Firmware updated, rebooted, checked for cable issues, EVERYTHING. There are no explanations. This is where it gets GOOD. I call Netgear for help, they keep telling me I need to pay for pre-customer support to determine if it's a hardware failure and if my equipment needs to be replaced. SERIOUS? You see my device is over 3 months old and my free phone support is ENDED LOL. What good is a guarantee if I have to PAY for support and do all the work for that support. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. PLEASE buy elsewhere. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NETGEAR PRODUCT AGAIN. SHAME ON NETGEAR. ENTIRE WASTE OF MONEY. It goes in the trash.
