It is very flexible, which enables you to do many things that are not possible with other systems. For example managing shipments from your website or mobile app; tracking packages in real time without having to rely on emails for notifications etc.; it also has good support staff who can help resolve any issues promptly when they arise! I wish there were more features available compared to others out here but this doesn't mean that its less useful - just means some people might find them unnecessary. We use netdespatch mainly as an ecommerce platform where we ship goods all around Australia (we have quite a large customer base). With their warehouse management tool we make sure our customers receive their orders fast by using pickers to get items into cars quickly then loading those same vehicles onto trucks at each delivery site.
