This heater heats water well. It has 2 suction cups to keep it in place. But it will NOT turn off automatically. It keeps heating up and the tank got so hot. Luckily we were at home. Now we have a heater connected to a timer and we need to look at the thermometer and guess how many minutes in the morning and evening the heater needs to be on. Currently…. One of the thermometers broke. (We have two tanks and bought two units). I would return it but the return window has closed. He only had 2 months.
