Easy navigation through all options for personal coverages (including no claims bonus), mobile app makes it easy to quickly get quotes while driving home from work! Also great when shopping around with friends as they can easily compare coverage at their own pace without having to go back into your account multiple times.

I don't think there's anything that has been improved since we switched over years ago - pretty much just more bells & whistles but not many changes in terms of how our process works. So far nothing really stands out negatively either so good job team!! Can be overwhelming initially especially if you have never shopped online before. We needed someone who understood what we were looking for specifically with regards to insuring our cars/trucks against loss due to theft / damage etc.
