
I like that it can be used for both internal or external time entry which allows me flexibility in how work gets billed internally versus using contractors via an EHR system, if desired! The price point of T&M plus makes its use more costly than many other systems out there (especially when working with larger accounts). Also sometimes entering subcontractor hours takes some getting-used too as you have no way to see what your own input was compared at previous entries so must manually enter it again later once all entered into one place before being able to compare across dates/timeframes etc.. Overall though very useful but not perfect tool overall - best suited towards those who want ease-of-use over full functionality vs custom development from scratch; great solution where cost isn't everything such as small start up companies without deep pockets nor technical skillset available otherwise.
