I have been passionate about crocheting for 18 years. Here is my honest review. Cons: You get almost no yarn to work with. It is not enough to make a hat, except for a baby or a small child or small stuffed animals. You get less than half a cup for twice the price of a large cup. I bought 4 of these thinking it would be enough to make a small throw but wouldn't even be enough to make an accent pillow. To put this in perspective if I were to buy 5 cups of these colors I would have enough for a double or full size blanket and enough to piece it together and make a nice border and I would be less than half the price pay. Unfortunately, now that I've started, I need to buy more of these to finish. In my opinion it's just a "disguised" sale and ends up being the most expensive promotion I've ever done. If you don't understand how they grouped this yarn, you'll spend more time untangling a large tangled mass than you enjoy crocheting. Each length is different. While I had more rope to work with on some of the hexes, many didn't fit what I needed to do in a few stitches. I found that the lightest color has the longest length. I've included photos to give you an idea of what you'll get when it turns into something. You would only have to make one of these rows of 5 hexagons. Pros: Beautiful colors. The colors go well together and this is especially for you if you have trouble putting color schemes together. In addition, the quality of the yarn is excellent. It's thin and has a very soft texture, so it's great for more delicate projects or children's projects. If you're someone who doesn't want a lot of extra yarn to figure out what to do with and are just looking for enough to make a small project (baby hats, small stuffed animals, stuffed animal clothes, etc.) this would be a great option for her. Because of the quality and color of the yarn, I therefore came across two stars. It will be useful for some, but not for those who want to do larger projects. I hope this review is helpful.
