Review on Jensen JTA-410-BL Portable 3-Speed Stereo Turntable With Built-In Speakers (Blue) by Nick Mitchell

So I was tempted to buy something like this, but I didn't want to spend the usual cheap price. Upgrade A'zon W'house with a VERY low price including first class delivery. So off I went. The seller's description was two tier (supplied without power/USB cable, manual and CD) but as it uses a standard polarized power cord I had one lying around and plugged it in. The manual is easy to find on Google and can be viewed online for free. And you know what? Sounds perfectly normal for less than two American dozen! It has audio-out so the sound can be routed to some suitable speakers, but the built-in speakers do a good job of delivering clean, clear and (of course) almost entirely bass-free sound. I read it was supposed to have an auto return but that just didn't work (I'll look into more). The disc is almost not flat when spinning, but the needle moves perfectly (no jumps/jumps). Normal new price for it? Hell, I almost never pay a normal price for anything. My rating of value for money is based on the price I paid, not the new price. As long as expectations are realistic, this device will deliver.
