Jensen JTA-410-BL Portable 3-Speed Stereo Turntable With Built-In Speakers (Blue) Review

This little turntable is just what I wanted. Simply comfortable. Plays records great. I just hope it holds up well. Everything works except I think the hand should return to its holder at the end of the shot. It doesn't, but I can return it manually. I may need to find a switch or something to make this feature work.

Was bought as a birthday present. The first player sent did not work properly. The speeds were too high (45s were played at 33 rpm). The replacement works, but the power cord was missing from the box and it looks like some sort of switch (which wasn't on the original player) is missing from where it was supposed to be. If it wasn't for the lack of quality and pride in the process I would have given it 4 stars. All in all, the working player was what I expected. Note: The USB variant has not yet

First I want to say that I bought this player for someone special, hoping that this player will play better than others I've seen and with the price , how can I say no I received it on time but ordered beforehand to make sure it works. The title is self explanatory but the first one ordered for Christmas arrived broken with missing screws which ripped it from the base. The second was also missing screws and there was an odd hum when the turntable was turned on and off. It was returned for the third device which had an awful noise and a needle falling. So I was tempted to buy something like this, but I didn't want to spend the usual cheap price. Upgrade A'zon W'house with a VERY low price including first class delivery. So off I went. I bought this player to burn music onto CDs and let my family listen to Christmas records in the room we were in, rather than listening to stereo sound from around the house.
