Works great, back-compatible with Ryobi NiCad

Works just great with my older Ryobi set that used NiCad batteries (that were no longer holding a charge). These work better (last longer) than the old ones did when they were new (as I would expect). Cannot say how long these new batteries are going to hold up, but I'm very happy that I was able to extend the "life" of my old set of power tools.

Pros

Light weight. Tremendous asset to crafting. Great value.

Cons

The batteries may not work well in cold temperatures
