This platform is excellent at creating demand for our products, especially our webinars as this was one of the key ways we were able to build connections with people who might not have otherwise come in contact (or even known) us! The interface could be much better - having an onboarding script that walks someone through how things work would really help their learning curve. Do you need a full time team dedicated solely working behind it? Yes if possible or definitely do some tests/sprints before committing too heavily into implementation process; also make sure your sales reps are comfortable about taking orders from new clients via email rather than just using the website itself since emails will go straight there anyways unless they're willing to share info like CC's etc. For example many times I've seen campaigns where prospects signed up but when looking back in the database all indications say "new", so then either A.) never reach out again B. ask prospect directly by phone / direct messages C.: wait, maybe later D., something else entirelyE.... All the marketing tools they provide are really useful and the platform is highly scalable. Their support team is also very helpful and the product works well with other apps and platforms. Overall, it works very well for B2B businesses. I have no major dislikes with the product. The platform has helped in building a great business relationship with our clients. By building a strong relationship with our clients, we have been able to increase our client base to a large scale.
