Revain contacted me about a problem with smaller cranks. They sent 2 more to exchange. The replacements were a little closer to what they should have been, but we're still a smaller size. I've used them (2 out of 4) but there's a lot of "backlash". I will have to replace them, but not from this company. But I will say I had the best service from Revain. They are ROCK.
