How easy it is to useDo you dream up with our team! We had a few difficulties at first; however, they were quickly resolved and we have been delighted since then. The platform was simple to implement into our CRM system and the chatbots are very helpful in reducing waiting times when dealing with clients or customers. I really like how easy it is to set them up so that my colleagues can interact with them without me being present all day long. It would be great if there was an option to schedule meetings where only those people need access - i.e. the contact person, the support staff etc.- which could make things easier! Using doyoudreamup has increased efficiency between us AND our customers because it helps us provide better answers much faster than expected by our customers.
