Review on 🖥️ 2-Port VGA Switch Selector Box: Dual Computer to Single Monitor VGA Switch (2 In 1 Out) by Michael Briggs

Switches are OK, no defects. However, and I hope I'm not blaming the wrong people/product for this or not using it for its intended purpose, but when I put this box between my computer and my monitor (so I can switch to another monitor across the room can), my display suddenly appears as if I selected a low-resolution desktop display. In other words, the icons are huge and the font is huge. I reconnect the direct line to my monitor and you can still see the large display, then it resets after the screen goes black. There must be some kind of incompatibility. 3 stars mainly for not being more detailed in the description e.g. B. "can automatically change the screen resolution of your screen" or something similar. The whole thing cost six dollars and took a while to arrive from China, so it wasn't worth the hassle of a crusade to me.
