Review on AC WORKS Charging Adapter Pigtail 32Amp by Dennis Goozmer

After charging my Tesla M3 for almost exactly 2 years this adapter found something which caused the circuit breaker to blow and the adapter melted. It looks like a fire hazard. Burn marks are visible between the metal pins and melting of the plastic is evident. I have a 40A circuit and the Tesla charges at 32A (80% of the UMC rating at 40A) so I didn't expect this to happen. I can't find a better product and the price of $65 is a bit high for a relatively basic product, but it's worth it to me. I recommend checking your fork regularly to make sure it still has the structural integrity it was shipped with. If there is any sign of melting or burning, replace it or find an alternative for your safety.
