Review on Sock Yarn One Skein Wonders® Patterns by Karla Richter

I have all the One-Skein Wonders books but this is the only one that only uses sock yarn (although you can use any yarn you like if you can get it) . the correct caliber). As with the other books, there are color photographs of each project. The instructions are clear and most models also have a chart which I like. I created several templates in the book and found that they had quite a few errors. Go to the Storey Publishing: Corrections, Sock Yarn One-Skein Wonders page to find all the errata in the book (I would suggest going to the error page and printing it out before starting any projects in this book, so that you do not tear your hair; lol). This is a great way to use up your yarn stash! Most knitting or crochet books only have a handful of patterns, but this one (and all One-Skin Wonder books) has 101 of them to choose from. It's a huge 287 page book with an appendix that explains all the different stitches and gives abbreviations for them, as well as a symbol key for using diagrams and an index so you can find any design and stitch.
