Review on SiteDownAlert by Luke Hodes

I like that it's easy to use, has an intuitive interface with clear instructions for getting started quickly after installation. It helps me keep track of my website uptime in real-time so that when something goes wrong or there are any issues at all (which happens fairly often), they can be addressed immediately without waiting days/weeks until someone gets back from vacation! The only downside about this product as far as what we've experienced thus far is their customer support team really doesn't seem very knowledgeable regarding how things work; however, if you're willing to put forth some effort into educating yourself then everything should fall together smoothly once you do get used to using your alerting system. We have been able to see our server status change almost instantly via SMS text messages which allows us to address problems right away rather than having them go unnoticed because no one knows anything was even going down unless notified by email, etc.
