That's decent, but I find it to be a workaround and therefore not entirely perfect or perfect in function. First, it's not as convenient as any other device with built-in Bluetooth. I bought this to connect to Bluetooth in my old non-Bluetooth car so I'll rate this based on that usage. If my car had bluetooth built in I could turn on the car and most likely it would automatically connect to my phone and I would be good to go. In this case I have to manually turn the receiver on each time, which takes a few seconds to hold the button and when the unit turns on it emits an annoying high-pitched beep indicating it's on. It's a little inconvenient and annoying on that front, but again, it's a workaround so it won't be a perfect solution. I didn't experience any of the idle hum noise that other reviewers have claimed, except when the device is connected to a charger. Then he did it all the time. But in battery mode everything is fine. So overall it's not bad, it works, it does what I need it to, it's just not the most ideal thing in the world, again, it's a workaround. The sound quality is decent, like any regular AUX jack, the battery life is also decent, pretty much in line with the advertised rating, and yes almost everything is fully functional.
