Review on Smartpark by Josh Rengo

I like that we can keep track of our vehicles in real time. We have been able to identify where our trucks are at all times so it helps us know when they need maintenance or replacement parts. A lot more work than other GPS tracking devices but very helpful for keeping an eye on things! If you want someone who is hands on with this type of software then go ahead and use them as there customer service was not great. They were always lagging behind with updates and changes which frustrated me because it meant i had to do everything myself (which i dont mind doing). Keeping an accurate inventory of the vehicles in my fleet has helped with making sure no one goes missing even if its just for a few hours while they are out working somewhere else.
