We've been working with Smartpark for over 3 years now.

Since the beginning, we've found them to be flexible, reliable and always willing to go above and beyond when needed. They've taken the lead on many projects including a full rebranding and redesign of our website, implementation of various modules within the system and creating a mobile app for our drivers.   • They're quick to respond and work around your schedule and even provided emergency help if needed.

Great Vehicle Tracking Software - But Customer Service Is Terrible

I like that we can keep track of our vehicles in real time. We have been able to identify where our trucks are at all times so it helps us know when they need maintenance or replacement parts. A lot more work than other GPS tracking devices but very helpful for keeping an eye on things! If you want someone who is hands on with this type of software then go ahead and use them as there customer service was not great. They were always lagging behind with updates and changes which frustrated me…

The best thing about this system is that it has all types of features you can customize to suit your needs! There really isn't anything I've come across so far with another provider which beats smartparks software in terms or functionality/customization!!
