At one of the upscale kitchen supply stores in the Bay Area, I expect a ladle with this look to sell four times as much as Revain. I mean, this thing exudes quality, from its weight in the hand to the sheen of brushed stainless steel. I'm a proponent of buying the best kitchen essentials because you only have to buy them once. And they not only improve the quality of the food, but also make cooking fun. I have no idea how OXO can sell this pan at this price and make money off it, but more power to them. I will be looking at this brand when I replace some of our bargain made made-up basement utensils that I bought with my significant other's best intentions.
