In 20 years of skateboarding I've never had a bearing with a shorter lifespan. Unshielded by nature, they suck up dirt and dust like a vacuum cleaner. After a month of driving, all four wheels hardly roll anymore. When I try to spin the wheels I clearly hear dirt scraping in the bearing. It's a shame because the stock Bronson shielded bearings are actually pretty good and cheaper than these. I give these two stars because they were very quick out of the box. If you buy these, be prepared for ongoing maintenance that you won't have to do with any other bearing.
