I love how easy it is for my employees, clients or partners can use this system without any training at all! The customer support team has been great in answering our questions when we have them; however they tend not respond as fast during business hours than after office close time which sometimes makes us feel like there's something wrong with their service level agreement but everything seems fine from what i've seen so far. We're trying out some new things via vero including an internal CRM tool called 'Vera'. It was very helpful because now managers don't need access anymore since everyone who needs info will be able to see/edit through Vera instead using emails etc.
