November 2020 Update:. The system works as advertised. I had problems with a camera showing tracks in infrared in cooler weather. A little time passed, but the seller replaced the camera. It was last spring. Now I have the same problem with 2-4 other cameras. I have texted the seller's tech support with photos with the hope that they will replace these faulty cameras. I'm afraid this is a design feature. The temperature is not lower than the camera rating. I will refrain from lowering my rating until the manufacturer responds this time. Update March 15th: I had some problems with my hard drive. Customer service is excellent. Some trouble understanding the technology, but not really a complaint. I had to reformat the disk to get the system entry. The technical service has responded to all my requests. The only problem is that Google still doesn't allow email notifications. I'm not sure if this is some other thing that Google can do to protect my privacy/security from an issue related to this company. Based on the number of notifications, the system sends me some notifications through the app, which is a good alternative and probably better than getting a lot of emails. Adjusting the sensitivity of the cameras and therefore the number of alerts sent to you is necessary to avoid being overwhelmed by alerts. However, it was pretty much plug and play. Note that the instructions are not entirely clear. Translation"good" but not great. I'm still trying to understand some areas. I don't want to downgrade my rating until I'm sure I fully understand everything. I believe the bugs I'm worried about can appear on all systems as they are all made in China and have pretty much the same firmware. What I want to do is remotely rewind recordings after receiving an alert. . I did not understand how to do this and if it is possible. A pretty serious problem is that I can't send emails from the device to my phone. Google continues to block NVR emails as unsolicited, which can cause problems. I also don't see some settings in the instructions on my screen connected to the dash cam. In any case, the system records video and the images look sharp. Just a little tweaking I hope.
