All cameras worked but camera number one never came online. I called the number provided and spoke to a representative but was unable to get the camera to work. The picture quality wasn't very good either. I couldn't get the zoom to work on the mobile app and it kept losing signal. My internet speed is 100 MSPS with a leased line. So my internet speed wasn't an issue. Although it had good reviews, I had time to get the system working properly. I ended up returning it for a refund.

Replaced the year-old Smonet system, whose wifi signal from the cameras seemed to be declining over time, with this system. The location of the cameras is exactly the same, outdoors with the house wall between the cameras and the DVR, 25 to 75 feet apart. Good System. Truly plug and play right out of the box. Plug the cameras into an outlet and they will automatically connect to the system within minutes. To minimize my desk space and clutter, I placed an ISOTECH NVR (Black Box) next to my home computer and shared my existing 24 inch monitor. November 2020 Update:. The system works as advertised. I had problems with a camera showing tracks in infrared in cooler weather. A little time passed, but the seller replaced the camera. It was last spring. Now I have the same problem with 2-4 other cameras. I have texted the seller's tech support with photos with the hope that they will replace these faulty cameras.
