Bought in late January. July 1st now doesn't work at either medium or high speed. The warranty is worthless as you have to ship the defective unit back to the parent company plus $6. Helen of Troy in Elpasso, Texas. I only paid about $16 for a new one so it's a waste and stupidity. BUYER ATTENTION WARRANTY REPLACEMENT COST AT COST OF PURCHASING NEW FILTER. SO "THE LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY" IS INVALID. THEY ARE NOT FUNNY CONDITIONS OUT OF THE PACKAGING.
