I bought a used Peloton not knowing that the right pedal has a cross thread. After a year of use and a couple of months of really annoying squeaking on the right, the pedal fell off. There is no thread left on the right handle - smooth as a baby's bottom. I called Peloton and figured it would cost a few hundred dollars to have someone fix it. They sold me the handle for $18, emailed me a list of tools and a video on how to replace it myself and told me to call back if I was uncomfortable and they would find someone for $100 send. I was pleasantly shocked. Anyway, I bought this crank puller because it met their specs and was cheap. It worked great. It took some effort to get it loose and I had to put a weighted glove on the handle next to it for a second, but that's okay. It did the job well.
