We bought a mini water tank to use with our PD600 because our system pulsed and made noise every time we got water from our fridge (or our fridge was making ice). The tank was easy to install and completely eliminated the ripple. We have the best water pressure in our fridge we've ever had. An added benefit is that the mini tank also eliminates the 1 second pause at the faucet near our sink. We wondered if this would really make a difference, but we're glad it does.
