I'm only using four supported phone lines and I'm setting up the auto-answer feature to answer my home landline number without either phone ringing. My message said you need to press two buttons to make a call. After repeating this message three times with no response, he ends the call. Real people seem to get through it with no problems. The disadvantage is that only one phone can ring. I chose the main unit that is in my kitchen. When I'm in a remote part of the house, I don't hear the phone ring. This can make it unusable for some people. If that's not a problem, I recommend it to eliminate pesky robocalls. Another disadvantage is the size of the main block. It's too big for the house. Let's hope someone makes a home version of this device that will block robocalls before those systems become intelligent enough to listen for prompts and automatically press the correct keys to make a call.
