First of all I didn't even have to open it because it looked like I had received a strange return! The tape was already cut so I didn't have to open it. I did notice a strong odor (which wasn't bad) but what do you know, the shampoo and conditioner spilled EVERYWHERE! THEN I try to open the air conditioner in the shower. My friend couldn't even open it. We received the shampoo but of course the conditioner top was faulty. Last but not least, after completely removing the cap from the conditioner and using it as is, my scalp started burning IMMEDIATELY as soon as I applied it to my head. I really don't think it's vegan. They probably replaced it with "less harsh" "vegan" parabens. Stay away at all costs. Completely unacceptable.
