The chair is of decent quality and works well. There were a few small greasy black spots on the chair itself (not that many but not a few considering the chair I received was white). Most of them were destroyed, but not all. The headrest or the foam rubber inside has been deformed because the packaging was too tight or the carton was not large enough. For the same reason, the foam of the chair itself also shows small imprints. Because of these flaws, the chair ends up not being as good as the picture on the display, but it does the job. And honestly I'm happy with it as it's a much needed upgrade due to back pain/poor posture. The build sheet wasn't particularly clear, but YouTube also has an accompanying tutorial video that helped some. It's almost mandatory to have someone help attach the seat to the backrest, VERY awkward to keep it in place when trying to line up the screw holes. For the price I am happy with my purchase. However, if I were to upgrade again, I'd probably be a bit more upscale since I already spend a lot of money on a gaming chair.
