I would not recommend that.
This is my second bottle of MCT oil but this is my first time using this brand. This particular brand has an extremely "chemical" taste and is pretty much useless. Not wanting to waste it, I've tried using it in smoothies or oatmeal, but the unnatural taste is still there. I would not recommend this brand.
