I like that you can easily create new forms by just adding rows to your template! It is also easy for others in my organization who aren't tech savvy or computer literate,to edit documents without being confused with all of those options available here - it's an organized mess but not overwhelming at first glance!! There are things i dislike about this software; some fields may be confusing (i have been told they plan to fix), creating files seems difficult when printing other than pdf format. The benefits include time savings since paperwork no longer need to printed out individually/personally each week as well having multiple templates from one file which allows me more efficiency. Less mistakes happen because there isn'r confusion between different layouts / fields so less errors occur! I really like that it's easy to use, you can easily add your own fields and make changes as needed. I also like how it's very simple to set up and customize for any business needs. It's not too expensive either. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major. Overall, this is an excellent program and has been very helpful in keeping our records organized. We have used this software for years now and never had issues with it. It's always worked well.
