This product is excellent when used properly. However, you must read the instructions very carefully and DO NOT deviate from them. If you are new to reef aquariums, do a lot of research. It's not something you just throw in the aquarium and help the coral grow. This has very specific uses for certain species of coral, mollusc, and algae. I would also recommend Zoo Med's "small dropper". They cost $10-15 depending on the size. The small dripper is a plastic bucket with an adjustable drip valve. This is very important as the instructions state to add it to the aquarium at a rate of XX drops per minute or second. If you add it too quickly you will have clouds of calcium which can and will damage everything in your tank.
