First of all I was surprised by the professional and high quality packaging of the product - well done. I'm not the type to be swayed by a pretty face, it's just how the product works for me. The template provided was easy to trace and cut out and the boxes fitted perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the "hood" that hides the cables can either be installed sticking out of the wall or upside down so it goes into the wall (making it easier to route those cables). Very pretty. I've been installing for many years and this is a solid product - quality and versatile. Highly recommended.
