So far, so good. Flavor and blend are good. It doesn't bloat me or give me gas. I mix 1/2 scoop of this isolate with 1/2 scoop of the same casein protein in post-workout water and it's a pretty good combo for now. I would buy this again. Update: I've run through my dip and give solid marks for flavor, mixability, and digestion. I bought a competing brand and prefer Six Star. I have no idea if it's that effective for building muscle, but in terms of ease of use, it's my new favorite brand.
