I will probably speak from the point of view of my cooking profession. The set is certainly good for both home and professional purposes. Well, it’s clear that we have other knives in our kitchen, but these are clearly not lost. The knives themselves are sharpened quite well, we have musats for such blades, we bring them up in time, we don’t start them, so sharpening on the machines is not required. I recommend to everyone.
