Works fine, no noise, no problems with RGB. There are no instructions included, but it's pretty easy. The only annoying thing is that you can't see the pink through the mesh on my case, so I'll probably transfer it to the top of my case later when I get the liquid color, but that's not the fans fault . lol I recommend this, it gives your build a very cool/cute and unique aesthetic. I can control RGB with Asus Aura without any problems. I also tried the controller that comes with the kit and it works great too, but I have more color options with the Asus software.
