I really wanted to like this lock. All the reviews seemed so positive that some stood out from the herd and cried that the castle would not allow themselves to come up with their own combination. That it stubbornly locks into oblivion when you try to set it up. But alas, I have chosen to ignore the few and trust the screaming herds of Revanes. Now I'm one of the few. The lock comes, the package is opened. The lock looks solid and the exterior looks like it will stand out from gym lockers. Open the manual, read it several times, and then follow each number step by step. Twist the lock this way, click, set combos, rotate, etc. I couldn't wait to get started, setup and hit the gym. The lock then decided not to cooperate and stayed locked even with my combo set up. The online instructions did not help. This castle was unyielding. I then contacted the seller as many of the herd were shouting about how helpful the seller was. Well, the seller came back and tried, but let's face it, sending out-of-the-box email replies to a stuck lock only works if the out-of-the-box solution works. It's not like this. So my beautiful lock remained closed. In no time at all the paddy was repackaged and sent to my col for return to Revane. Revine received, granted a loan. READY and READY. Farewell dear Burg, here we part forever. Beauty is just skin and you are a threat to use the gym locker. Your risky behavior when you don't want to open your own combination means you lock my clothes and my gym keys. I'm afraid I won't be able to see you again, even if you come back to me new and free. Not worth the risk, even with your outward beauty. Back to the Burgmeister!
