A lot more people have been in touch via social networks or emails requesting information, thus generating sales. I like that I have been able to set up multiple accounts within one account and access them from anywhere with my mobile device. I dislike that it takes time to load pages due to the amount of information the site requires. It is not easy to navigate through the website when you are trying to find something specific. We use this as an accounting system for multiple businesses. The benefits include being able to access all of our accounts from a single place which saves time and is more efficient.
